Mr. Venkatachalam, our most happy and welcoming client, had an open ground in a prime residential area. He needed it to be designed with contemporary architecture to reflect their sense of style. His plans were to keep the ground-floor house for personal use and rent the first-floor house. We got this project just before the COVID pandemic crisis hit which eventually became an added challenge for us.

Solution

Despite the COVID crisis, with our well-established plan and architectural designs, we completed the project on time without any delay. Being aesthetically designed, the houses came out so well that the demand for the rental house on the first floor was seen clearly. No matter what, the client can easily use the rental amount towards settling his bank loan, making it a super-worthy investment. Thus, happiness was delivered to the happiest client!
