We take pride in saying that this is our first commercial project. Located in the prime spot in the heart of Gobichettipalayam, the plot has been an empty ground for which we came up with plans from the scratch. This time around we have designed something that will not only generate revenue for our clients by renting out commercial spaces but also give them an opportunity of getting back their initial investment in just a short span!

Solution

We have curated an extensive plan for the spot with a sophisticated ground floor design with 3 upper floors. Its floors are planned with an abundance of 2000 square feet on each level, while the ground floor has space for shops measuring 528 sq ft. The space is also allocated for four-wheeler and two-wheeler parking along with lift arrangements.
