Aastha Golden Villas – Phase 2

The land was on the outskirts of Gobichettipalayam, near Gobi Arts and Science College, surrounded by lush green farmland which makes the space more preferable. With an aim to create residential spaces accessible to almost everyone, this project was our next crucial step to presenting the king of budget villas out to the world.

Solution

We came up with a plan to build 3 houses, each just less than 1000 sq. ft area, with every facility to fulfill the comfort and luxury needs of any resident. Every house was built with utmost care that comes with a provision for future expansion. Utilizing premium quality materials and expert architectural designs, our compact houses turned out to be the best-in-class budget villas that bring luxury within everyone’s reach.
